New Villa With Wonderful Sea View

This new villa is designed to take advantage of the beautiful sea views..  This villa is ideally located, whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the pool, walk to the beach, or explore the island.
The first floor of the villa has an air conditioned open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas open onto the pool terrace.  The western-style, modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, electric hob, dish-washer and fridge/freezer, and the dining area six seats.
The lounge and bedrooms are equipped with their own AV and Smart TV systems; the lounge has a Blu-ray and media player, and there are speakers inside and outside, on the pool terrace.  The villa also benefits from an excellent, fast fiber-optic internet service, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The three bedrooms, which are on the second floor of the villa, are furnished with queen-size beds, bedside tables, table lamps and wardrobes.  Each room also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning and a TV.  The master bedroom, with beautiful sea views over Koh Som and Koh Phangan, opens onto a balcony overlooking the infinity pool (6m x 4m).  It has a built-in electronic personal safe and an en-suite shower room with rain shower.  The other two bedrooms share a shower room, also fitted with a rain shower.  A third shower room is situated on the first floor by the dining/kitchen area.
The villa is located in a development that offers 24-hour security.
